How to Request a Lead Credit Denial Review
When submitting this form, you must follow these steps for us to re-review a lead credit denial. If the leads have not been previously denied, do not utilize this form. Any deviation from these directions will result in your request being rejected.
- Provide the date the lead was received, the consumer’s name, their phone number, and the specific reason for credit—on each lead—why it should be re-reviewed.
The format should look like this:
- 1/2 - John Doe – Disconnected Number – (555) 555-5555
- 1/3 - Jane Doe – Fax Machine – (555) 555-5555
- 1/4 – John Doe II – Wrong Number – (555) 555-5555
- If you have multiple leads that you would like re-reviewed, include all the information in one submission rather than filling this form out numerous times.
- Click “Submit Credit Review Request” to submit the leads for re-review.
Once your request has been re-reviewed, we will respond to the email entered in the “Agent’s Account Email” field. Typical response time is within 48–72 business hours.
